Artwork Quality: If it does not match the official website promotion, you will receive a full refund
Shipping Damage: If it's damaged in transit, you can get a free replacement or a full refund.
Art return policy for custom colors or sizes
Customized color or size art, no returns accepted after receiving the painting.
Returns require a $100 material fee before shipping.
We offer every customer a 30 day no risk money back guarantee on your order. We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us, you only need to pay the freight for the return..
Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
- it has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork
- the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging
- please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund
- it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks
For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.
*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfil it.
Note: After the customer receives the painting, it is not applicable to the space of his or her own house (the customer needs to bear the shipping costs).A full refund will be given once we have received the painting.
