1.Creating time

Generally, you will receive your purchase in 1-3 weeks after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at wemedia@oilpaintinghouse.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

2.Packing

The works are packaged by OPH and follow a standardized packaging process.

Ships in a tube(Only canvas) item will arrive rolled in a quality Hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

Ships in a cardboard box(Small-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from OPH to your home.

Ships in a crate(Large-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey and will be tightly sealed together.

3.Can I update my order at any point?

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact wemedia@oilpaintinghouse.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4.Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact wemedia@oilpaintinghouse.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

Because they are customized products, cancellation of the order will require $100 material fee.

1.Do you ship overseas?

Yes, Free shipping all over the world. 

2.What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS.

3.How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

4.Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! OPH organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

5.Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!

Other

1.What forms of payment do you accept?

OPH currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  OPH also accepts payments made through PayPal.

I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to OPH. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on OPH.

2.International Taxes & Duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.

(For the United States clients, it's free duties when import value is under $ 800 USD)
